Bonni S. Mantovani

Bonni S. Mantovani is an associate with Prober & Raphael. Ms. Mantovani has over 30 years of experience representing creditors in civil litigation and bankruptcy legal matters.

Prior to joining Prober & Raphael, Ms. Mantovani ran her own practice representing other law firms in litigation matters with an emphasis on creditor collections in both Civil and Bankruptcy Courts. Ms. Mantovani has also performed Pro Bono work on behalf of various charitable organizations and has served as a Small Claims Court Judge Pro Tem.

Ms. Mantovani earned her bachelor's degree from Adelphi University and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982 and is also licensed to practice in all districts in California as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
