Cassandra J. Richey
Cassandra J. Richey is an associate with Prober & Raphael. Ms. Richey brings her well-rounded experience in representing creditors to the firm’s bankruptcy and civil litigation practice areas.
Prior to her arrival at the firm, Ms. Richey was a staff attorney at a Chapter 13 Trustees office.
Ms. Richey externed for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge, Vincent P. Zurzolo, prior to graduation from law school.
Ms. Richey is currently active with the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association. She has also been a member of the Central District of California Bankruptcy Forms Committee and the Financial Lawyers Conference.
Ms. Richey earned dual bachelor’s degrees in History and Art History from Indiana University at Bloomington and a master’s degree in Art History from the University of Chicago. Ms. Richey obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991 and can practice in all Federal District Courts within California. |
