Dean R. Prober
Dean R. Prober is senior partner of Prober & Raphael. Mr. Prober oversees the firm’s commercial and consumer collection litigation and creditor’s rights-based civil practice. In addition, Mr. Prober also has extensive experience with landlord and tenant litigation. His real estate practice encompasses pre/post foreclosure litigation, prosecution/defense of title claims and real estate fraud.
Mr. Prober is active with the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the Commercial Law League of America. He has previously been a presenter at the California Credit Union Collectors Council educational symposiums.
Mr. Prober earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982 and can practice in all California courts. |
