Homan Mobasser is an associate with Prober & Raphael. Mr. Mobasser brings a wealth of real estate and unlawful detainer experience in representing numerous landlords, management companies, homeowner’s associations and real estate lenders. Mr. Mobasser also has experience in real estate and business transactional and litigation as well as general civil litigation.

Mr. Mobasser manages the firm’s personal injury department and has settled many injury cases involving property damage, injury claims, uninsured motorist claims and various other injury cases such as auto vs. pedestrian, auto vs. personal property and motorcycle cases.

Mr. Mobasser has also handled many appellate cases, including writing required briefs and arguing before in the Superior Court of California Appellate Panel as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Mobasser earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at UCLA where he graduated with honors and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law where he was also a Moot Court Writing Finalist. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted into the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of the U.S. Federal District Courts. He is fluent in Farsi and speaks conversational Hebrew.
