Homan Mobasser
Homan Mobasser is an associate with Prober & Raphael. Mr. Mobasser brings a wealth of unlawful detainer experience in representing numerous landlords, management companies and real estate lenders. Mr. Mobasser also has experience in real estate and business transactional and litigation as well as general civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mobasser worked for firms who concentrated on personal injury and immigration matters.
Mr. Mobasser earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at UCLA where he graduated with honors and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law where he was also a Moot Court Writing Finalist. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted into the Central and Eastern Districts of the U.S. Federal District Courts. He is fluent in Farsi and speaks conversational Hebrew. |
