Joseph Garibyan
Joseph Garibyan is an associate with Prober & Raphael. Mr. Garibyan has experience representing creditors in bankruptcy, real estate litigation and transactions, along with business and general civil litigation.
Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Garibyan externed for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge, Ellen Carroll. Mr. Garibyan was also the recipient of the 2010 Jeffrey S. Turner Outstanding Bankruptcy Student Award from the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.
Mr. Garibyan earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from USC's Marshall School of Business. Thereafter, Mr. Garibyan earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he was the recipient of the Dean's Honors Award in several areas of law, including Bankruptcy Reorganizations. Mr. Garibyan also served as a Note and Comment Editor for Loyola Law School's International and Comparative Law Review and as a Senior Editor for the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal.
Mr. Garibyan was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010 and is also admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts within California. |
