Melissa A. Vermillion

Attorney Melissa Vermillion Melissa A. Vermillion is an associate with Prober & Raphael. Ms. Vermillion has broad experience representing creditors in bankruptcy and business transactional work.

Prior to her arrival at the firm, Ms. Vermillion served as a Public Liaison for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee and interned at the United States Bankruptcy Trustee’s Office in Omaha.

Ms. Vermillion earned her bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University and obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005 and can practice in all Federal District Courts within California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
