Prober & Raphael has received "No Objection" from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for California default related services including foreclosure and bankruptcy. In compliance with GSE servicing guidelines, our firm is responsible for the work of our non-judicial foreclosure trustee vendors. Prober & Raphael closely monitors the entire legal process beginning with the initial placement to the filing and recording of the Notice of Default and Notice of Sale. The firm also insures that newspaper postings and publication dates are complied with and that timely bid instructions are reviewed and received in advance of the sale.
