Michael I. Primack
Michael I. Primack is an associate with Prober & Raphael, and our most
recent addition to the team.
Despite his 2021 admittance, licensure, and eligibility to practice law
in the State of California, and his recent entry into the practice of
Collections law and creditor representation, Mr. Primack has experienced
and learned from multiple and different areas of law from two different
states that are applicable to the firm’s practice of creditor representation.
Mr. Primack’s experience practicing law started in the State of Mississippi,
where during his legal education at Mississippi College School of Law,
he represented at-risk youths, those with special needs, and parents against
school districts and government agencies under Individuals with Disabilities
in Education Act, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act,
federal and state school laws in the areas of school discipline, suspension,
and termination of the student, and parent representation against government
agencies. Since becoming licensed, he has taken the opportunity to practice
in family and personal injury law representing injured, hurt, and abused parties.
Mr. Primack earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of California,
Berkeley, with a major in Political Science with an emphasis in International
Relations. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School
of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and served as its Production
Editor; a member of the Moot Court Board where he competed in many challenges
and participated as a judicial-referee for a Mock Trial hearing that college
students did who were interested in becoming future attorneys; and received
many awards and honors: American Jurisprudence Award, Criminal Law; Best
Paper Award, Torts; The Sam Wilkins Award; The Judge John R. Countis III
Award, and Dean’s List Fall 2017-Spring 2020. |
